Thursday is the day

I recover from my cheating Wednesday! I'd forgotten how to blog on this ole blogspot.com, so I'm trying it now, and Tracey, here goes:  In the upper right hand corner, there should be a link that says "new post" (which is where I am right now) and from there, you can write a headline & then blog away.  On the toolbar above this box that I'm typing in right now next to the word "Link" is a picture. Click that photo and you will be able to post a photo, praps of this divine meal you've made me for lunch.  What IS it btw?  Is ti chick and avo salsa. I just stuck it in the work fridge without looking. It looks GREAT! 

p.s. I'm adding photos bc we need some!
